ELIGIBILITY
Personnel authorized to use golf course facilities are specified in AR 215-2, para 2-3. Patronage usage will be adhered to as a means of providing active duty military priority use of golf activities. A general listing by priority is as follows:
a. Active duty military personnel and their family members assigned to Fort Meade and the military district of Washington or directly supported by it.
b. Active duty military personnel and their family members not assigned to Fort Meade, members of the ARNG and USAR.
c. Retired military personnel and their family members.
d. Fort Meade MDW DOD, retired DOD, appropriated fund (APF) and non appropriated fund (NAF) civilian employees. Family members of sponsors in this category who are not annual green fee patrons through a family membership may only participate as guests when accompanied by their sponsor or other authorized patrons. Other DOD may participate as guests on a space available basis only.
e. Honorably discharged Veterans with proof of prior military service (DD form 214).
GUEST POLICY
Civilian guests of authorized patrons, when accompanied by sponsor, are eligible to play on a daily fee basis. Such sponsors are limited to three civilian guests on weekdays and one civilian guest on weekend days and holidays. Sponsors will accompany guests, when paying greens fees in the Golf Pro Shop.
Hours of Operation
a. The Golf Course Manager will determine the hours of operation based on the conditions of the course and the climatic conditions. Signs will be appropriately placed when conditions require the entire course or a portion of thereof to be closed. Play will not be permitted until signs are removed by the Golf Course Manager. One course will be closed to all play on Mondays (April through September), alternating between Applewood and Parks Courses. During the winter months (November through March), when weather allows the course to be "open", one course will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
b. Operating hours for Applewood and Floyd L. Parks Golf Courses, chipping green and putting green are normally as follows:

Tee time reservations are used to lessen crowding on the Golf Courses and to make it more convenient for you to play and schedule your games. Reserved times are accepted for each day, during the months of March through December and for weekends/Holidays January and February. Reservations may be made on a first come, first served basis by telephoning 677-4308/551-8262. Designated times and patron priorities for reserving tee times are as follows:
Phone in reservations: may be made up to 5 days in advance by calling.
For Weekdays: Active duty, annual fee and other authorized players may begin calling at 0900.
For Weekends and Holidays: Active duty may begin calling at 0700. Annual fee and other authorized patrons may begin calling at 0800.
Walk-in (Requests) for Reservations: may be made up to 7 days in advance.
Annual fee and Authorized Patrons can make walk-in requests for reservations at the starts window when the clubhouse opens.
Active Duty has request priority on the walk-in list for one golf course each Weekend day and holidays.
Players may call back after 1200, 5 days in advance to verify the actual starting time
